Verizon was a client of McCann NY, the owner of Erwin Penland, who had EP+Co manage their business services client contracts. This included development work specific for their websites and digital assets that our teams helped concept, create and manage for them. 

PROJECTS

Working alongside the client service teams and development teams we created multiple website solutions for Verizon's business solutions divisions that included:​

1. Solutions Lab - Resource Center

2. Verizon Business - Digital Storefront

3. Whitepaper Resource Index

APPLICATION

Following concept meeting with the Verizon client services team our crew in the Creative Technology arm of the agency was able to develop website framework solutions to identified client struggles. Creating new resource deliverables to help solve the clients core struggles with internal resource management and training materials at the time.

These solutions required significant cross functional planning as part of the technology management team between Client services, UX/UI Design, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Leadership teams.

Verizon Business - Solutions Lab

Solutions Lab was created out of the need for Verizon Business Customers and Salepersons to have a more dynamic resource for information and sales development from their previous mortar in-person models. Responding to this need we developed this digital marketplace site for target audiences to gather information, FAQs, and sales contacts in one resource. 

The Verizon Insights and White-paper indexes were created to hold the variety of resources being distributed to business customer networks and salespeople. At the time of the conception of this project (2017) Verizon Business Units were still transitioning away from in person / print focused solutions and needed a more variable solution.
